Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a seasoned supervisor of HVAC service technicians in Texas to oversee daily field operations, coordinate staffing, and ensure on-site safety and quality. You will guide technicians, assist on complex tasks, and uphold company standards while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

The role requires leadership experience, HVAC technical knowledge, EPA/safety certifications, and a valid driver's license. Flexible hours and on-call availability are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years HVAC experience and technical training
• Proven leadership and training ability
• EPA and safety certifications required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours and on-call
• Excellent communication and safety compliance

Responsibilities

• Reviews and monitors upcoming work to schedule and assign technicians and crews
• Conducts regular meetings with technicians on performance, training, safety, and goals
• Assists technicians with major or difficult assignments and performs quality control reviews
• Trains employees on technical skills, processes, and safety rules
• Delivers excellent customer service and maintains high customer satisfaction
• Ensures company property, vehicles, and tools are used properly and accounted for
• Represents the company professionally in all business matters
• Performs service, maintenance, and installation work as needed
