Job summary

Polk Mechanical in Dallas/Ft. Worth is seeking an HVAC Service Field Supervisor to lead a team of service technicians, oversee workload, scheduling, and field operations.

You will work with sales for equipment scope, manage costs and invoicing, supervise installation and commissioning, and ensure customer sign-offs. A minimum of 5-7 years in field service or project management and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of field service or project management experience.
• Strong technical ability in HVAC equipment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficient use of MS Office (Word & Excel).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, manage, and coach and train service technicians
• Manage workload, overtime, and labor resource planning
• Work with sales teams on sales and rental equipment, defining equipment and service scope with customers
• Monitor cost and profitability of projects
• Coordinate equipment purchase orders, installation and parts lists
• Supervise mechanical and electrical installation, monitor scope, and manage customer expectations
• Supervise start-up and commissioning of equipment
• Obtain inspection sign-off and customer sign-off, and monitor final invoicing
