Qualifications

HVAC systems knowledge and facilities operations basics.
Strong safety mindset and adherence to safety protocols.
Proven ability to lead small teams on job sites.
Customer-facing communication and professional representation.

Responsibilities

Assist on HVAC mechanical equipment and controls at client sites.
Participate in certified training through Service Technical Academy.
Troubleshoot technical issues and address customer needs.
Provide progress updates to JCI, contractors, and customers.
Meet union training attendance requirements in the first year.
Offer recommendations to improve facility efficiency and upsell where appropriate.
Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
