Job summary

AllTech Services is seeking an HVAC Field Supervisor for Northern Virginia. Lead and develop field technicians, coach ride-alongs, uphold quality benchmarks and safety standards, and collaborate with dispatch and operations to optimize schedules and customer satisfaction.

You bring 5+ years of residential HVAC experience, proven leadership, and strong diagnostic skills. A valid driver's license and clean record are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC field experience.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Deep understanding of installation and service procedures.
• Ability to coach, hold accountable, and inspire performance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety standards and company processes.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop HVAC technicians in the field to ensure high performance.
• Conduct ride-along and field evaluations to uphold quality and customer standards.
• Ensure installations and service work meet manufacturer specs and AllTech benchmarks.
• Support technicians with diagnostics and on-site problem solving.
• Maintain safety compliance, PPE standards, and company procedures.
• Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and leadership to optimize scheduling and customer satisfaction.
• Identify training needs and help technicians grow their careers.
• Monitor KPIs such as quality, productivity, and customer feedback.
• Maintain professionalism while managing multiple priorities.
• Champion AllTech culture in every interaction.
