Job summary

CaptiveAire Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer to support our sales team with construction management and after-sales field support.

Based in Phoenix, the role combines field and office work with extensive training under a mentor to develop product knowledge, troubleshooting, and engineering processes. The position involves frequent travel to job sites within a territory, with on-site construction coordination, data analysis, and hands-on equipment responsibilities as part of a growing

Qualifications

• 0-5 yrs experience
• 4 year technical degree in a mechanical, electrical, construction or science-oriented curriculum preferred
• Hands on, technical internship/co‑op experience is preferred
• Must enjoy hands on product exposure
• HVAC and/or electrical experience strongly preferred
• Multi‑tasking, problem solving and strong communication skills a must
• FE Exam expected to be completed within 6 months of employment
• MUST BE A "GO GETTER"
• Must be able to travel for training

Responsibilities

• Field work up to 75% of time on job sites
• Support installations and equipment startups to ensure quality outcomes
• Troubleshoot complex issues in the field
• Coordinate with CaptiveAire team, contractors, engineers and installers
