Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring Facilities Management Service Technicians to maintain restaurant and building equipment across Hardee’s locations. You will troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment, train staff on proper use and maintenance, and manage on-site tools and parts.

This is a full-time role requiring EPA certification and a valid driver's license. Responsibilities include equipment repair to high standards, stock and tool control, and 24/7 response readiness.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification or EPA Type I and 2 Certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Service/Repair Experience required.
• Refrigeration Experience is a plus.
• Commercial Restaurant Equipment Repair Experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair all equipment and prescribed physical facility items to company standards per job function.
• Maintain and account for truck stock inventory and billing of items used for repairs.
• Maintain, secure, and manage tools, equipment, supplies on-site.
• Respond to staffing shortages, new equipment rollouts, emergencies, and trainings as needed.
• Log calls, time, and repair details using laptop/handheld computer at each site.
• Inspect and maintain daily maintenance on company van for 24/7 response.
• Follow up with Senior Service Tech for complex repairs and escalate as needed.
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. professionally in all aspects of teamwork and performance.
• Note: EPA certification and basic knowledge of Heating/AC required.
