Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant equipment and facilities across Hardee’s locations. You will train staff on proper use and maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and participate in preventive maintenance programs.

The role requires EPA Certification (Type I/II), a valid driver’s license, and at least 2 years of service/repair experience. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I & II Certification required; Universal EPA preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Repair equipment and facility items to company standards.
• Maintain truck stock inventory and bill for items used.
• Secure tools, equipment, and materials on-site.
• Assist during staffing shortages and emergencies.
• Log calls and repairs with laptop/handheld devices.
• Inspect and maintain company van for 24/7 readiness.
• Notify Senior Service Tech of complex repairs.
