Boddie-Noell Enterprises is hiring Facilities Management Service Technicians to maintain restaurant and building equipment across Hardee’s locations. You will train staff on proper equipment use and upkeep, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs per company guidelines.

Requirements include EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and 2+ years of service/repair experience. Excellent benefits and advancement opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of service/repair experience required.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• EPA Type I & II certification required or Universal EPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain restaurant equipment and facilities.
• Train operational personnel on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Inspect and troubleshoot facility and restaurant systems; report needs and coordinate with senior tech.
