Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment across Hardee's locations. You will train operational staff on proper use and maintenance of equipment and ensure facilities run at peak efficiency.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, timely repairs, and keeping records of parts and time. A valid license, EPA credentials, and minimum repair experience are essential, with opportunities for advancement within

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience required.
• EPA Type I and II Certification required (Universal EPA preferred).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Good references and ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace equipment, store systems, and related components.
• Assess when to subcontract repairs based on time and cost.
• Repair restaurant and building equipment to company standards and policies.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies on-site and log work in the system.
• Respond to calls 24/7 and assist in staffing shortages or emergencies.
