Advocate Health in Milwaukee is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot basic building systems, and document tasks in the CMMS.

You will assist with fire protection systems, read blueprints, and follow SOPs while working shifts and on-call. Requires high school diploma or GED, technical training, and 2-4 years of related experience; valid driver's license.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Advanced/technical training completed.
• 2-4 years of related industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and life safety drawings.
• Proficient with CMMS and basic IT tools.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on basic facility systems.
• Assist in evaluating and troubleshooting building system failures.
• Operate and monitor basic Utility System Infrastructure.
• Assist in maintaining fire alarm and protection systems.
• Support installation of building hardware and electrical devices.
• Maintain maintenance records for compliance.
• Read blueprints and safety manuals to complete tasks.
