Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform facility and equipment maintenance per codes and standards.
• Document activities using CMMS.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical/electrical systems (HVAC, pumps, doors, etc.).
• Respond to emergencies and service requests in a timely manner.
• Read blueprints and maintenance manuals as needed.
