Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring Facilities Management Service Technicians to maintain restaurant and building equipment across our Hardee's locations.

The role trains staff on proper equipment use and preventive maintenance, ensuring peak restaurant operations. Responsibilities include repairing a wide range of equipment, managing on-site tools and inventory, and coordinating with the Senior Service Tech.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I & II certification required; Universal EPA preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum 2 years of service/repair experience is expected.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Repair equipment and facility items to company standards across restaurants and facilities.
• Maintain truck stock and accurately bill items used for repairs.
• Secure tools, equipment, and materials on-site; manage replacements.
• Assist during staff shortages, new rollouts, emergencies, and training events.
• Log calls, time, and repair details using laptop or handheld device.
• Inspect and perform daily maintenance on company van for 24/7 responsiveness.
• Consult with Senior Service Tech as needed; communicate needs clearly.
• Represent BNE professionally, upholding company vision and values.
• Adhere to EPA and safety guidelines; complete required certifications.
