Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment across our Hardee's locations. You will train operational personnel and ensure timely repairs to HVAC, refrigeration, and other systems, keeping facilities running at peak efficiency.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I & II Certification required (Universal EPA Preferred).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Service/Repair experience required.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trouble-shoot, repair, and/or replace equipment, store systems, and/or perform other repairs necessary with designated company guidelines.
• Observe, evaluate, and determine the need to subcontract for repairs and/or replace equipment based on time and cost effectiveness.
• Repair all equipment and prescribed physical facility items in a timely and high quality manner according to company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain and account for truck stock inventory and secure tools, equipment, and materials on-site.
