Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring Facilities Management Service Technicians to maintain restaurant and building equipment at Hardee’s locations. The role includes troubleshooting, repairs, and training operating staff on equipment use and maintenance.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I & II Certification required (Universal EPA preferred).
• Must have a Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 2 years of Service/Repair experience.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial Restaurant Equipment Repair experience a plus.
• Good references.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Repair equipment and facility items to high quality per standards.
• Maintain and account for truck stock inventory and charges.
• Maintain, secure on-site tools, supplies, and materials.
• Respond to staffing shortages, new equipment rollouts, emergencies as needed.
• Log calls, time, and repair details in the laptop/handheld system.
• Inspect and maintain the company van for 24/7 readiness.
• Notify Senior Service Tech of repairs needing assistance.
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises professionally in all tasks.
