Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring Facilities Management Service Technicians to maintain restaurant and building equipment across Hardee’s locations.

You will train staff on proper use and maintenance while keeping restaurants and offices running smoothly. The role requires EPA Type I & II certification, a valid driver’s license, and at least two years of service/repair experience with refrigeration knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal or Type I/II certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of service/repair experience.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Repair equipment and facility items to company standards and procedures.
• Maintain truck stock inventory and billable items.
• Secure tools, equipment, and supplies on-site.
• Respond to emergencies, staffing shortages, or new equipment rollouts as needed.
• Log calls, time, and repair details with a laptop/handheld device.
• Inspect and maintain the company van to ensure 24/7 readiness.
