Qualifications

• 2+ years in HVAC project management or estimating roles.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with HVAC Systems and Temperature Controls encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Optimize/validate equipment selection, size, voltage, and options by reviewing plans and specs.
• Evaluate possible cost savings and cost issues across projects.
• Validate scope using plans, specs, and estimates; plan EQ/VPP dollar breaks and quantities.
• Support sales with preliminary and final submittals and coordinate submittal releases.
• Negotiate prices with vendors to optimize expenses while maintaining quality.
• Prepare equipment for order entry and verify pricing; reconcile job costs.
• Provide post-order technical support for installation, startup, and warranty services.
