LCS Heating and Cooling in Indianapolis seeks a dispatch scheduling specialist who thrives in a fast-paced HVACR environment. You will balance demand calls with maintenance visits, assign the right technician to the right call, and keep our six field technicians fully booked.

You’ll manage today’s calls while watching the week ahead, handle high-volume periods calmly, and make 50+ outbound calls daily to schedule memberships and service visits.
