Job summary

Swift Air Mechanical, a Northeast Indianapolis HVAC service provider, is seeking a Dispatcher to join our office. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and able to support clients and staff.

Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, dispatching technicians, scheduling, communicating services, invoicing, and PO support. A minimum of 3 years dispatching in HVAC/plumbing is preferred; an Associates degree is preferred while a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of dispatching and routing experience in HVAC or Plumbing preferred.
• Associates degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.

Swift Air Mechanical specializes in Commercial and Residential HVAC Services and is located on the Northeast side of Indianapolis, Indiana. We are searching for a Dispatcher to join our office. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and be able to support clients and staff members.

Essential Accountabilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls and direct inquiries as required.
• Dispatch HVAC technicians.
• Schedule and maintain calendar.
• Communicate services to be provided to customer.
• Assist with invoicing and purchase orders.
• Minimum of 3 years of previous dispatching and routing experience in an HVAC or Plumbing business preferred.
• Associates degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Former experience with ServiceTitan or similar software.
• Former experience purchasing HVAC equipment is a plus, not required.
