Zephyr, a tech-enabled home services platform, is seeking a full-time HVAC Dispatcher in Gaithersburg, MD. You will ensure technicians have the information needed to reach appointments on time and to complete tasks efficiently, while maintaining excellent customer service.

You will relay information to technicians, follow up with customers on schedule changes, verify appointments for the next day, and keep customer profiles accurate and thorough to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
