Complete Home Services is seeking a Dispatcher to support its Aire Serv team by organizing and managing daily HVAC technician schedules, monitoring real-time service status, and acting as a liaison between technicians, customers, and the office staff to ensure timely, high-quality service. This role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Pay ranges from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision,

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Typing skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians.
• Answer inbound calls.
• Check in all equipment and packages delivered to the warehouse.
• Call customers to schedule installation of new equipment.
• Take payments on installs and apply payments to jobs.
• Communicate with technicians, customers, and office staff to support daily operations.
• Adjust schedules as needed to help maintain efficient service delivery.
• Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions.
