Complete Home Services is seeking a Dispatcher to support our Aire Serv team in Montgomery, AL. You will organize daily schedules for HVAC technicians, monitor real-time service status, and coordinate between technicians, customers, and office staff to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules.
• Answer inbound calls and coordinate with customers and office staff.
• Check in equipment and packages delivered to the warehouse.
• Call customers to schedule installations and collect payments.
• Communicate across teams to support daily operations.
• Adjust schedules to maintain efficient service delivery.
• Perform other duties and cross-training as needed.
