Complete Home Services is seeking a Dispatcher to support its Aire Serv team by organizing and managing daily HVAC technician schedules, monitoring real-time service status, and acting as a liaison between technicians, customers, and the office staff to ensure timely, high-quality service. Job Description:

As a Dispatcher supporting our Aire Serv team, you will be responsible for organizing and managing the daily schedules of our HVAC technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to customers. You’ll monitor real-time service status, adjust schedules as needed, and act as a liaison between technicians, customers, and office staff.

This role is key to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Take payments on installs and apply payments to jobs.

Preferred Job Requirements for a Dispatcher:

Pay

$15.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on your experience and knowledge as an Install Coordinator and Dispatcher.
