The position is full-time, on-site, offering $20/hour with weekly pay, paid training, and benefits after 31 days, including medical, dental, and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or call center environments.
• Experience coordinating field service teams (HVAC or home services preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems.
• Familiarity with local geography to support technician routing and service scheduling.
• Must report daily to the office (no remote work available).
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts and weekend rotations as needed.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch HVAC technicians/ Installers to meet customer appointment times.
• Manage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning service calls.
• Coordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor call flow through the HVAC platform and dispatch system.
• Communicate with technicians and customers to provide updates on HVAC appointments.
• Support field teams by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues.
• Maintain accurate service scheduling and keep technicians productive.
