Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and prioritize incoming service calls and work orders.
• Dispatch technicians and monitor schedules for daily efficiency.
• Communicate job updates and changes with field technicians.
• Handle customer calls, emails, and service inquiries.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and digital job files.
• Assist with invoicing and attaching required documentation.
• Support service leadership with reports, planning, and workflow improvements.
