Job summary

Kelso Industries is hiring a Sr. Service Coordinator (HVAC Dispatch) for its NTD Mechanical – Mechanical Services Division in Garland, TX. This full-time role supports dispatch, scheduling, documentation, and invoicing to keep service operations efficient and responsive.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays organized, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with field technicians and service leadership for continuous workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years dispatching or customer service experience in HVAC, mechanical, or construction.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfort using dispatching and/or scheduling tools, email, and document management systems.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

As we grow our service division, we are looking for a highly organized, customer‑focused Sr. Service Coordinator (HVAC Dispatch) to play a key role in driving efficient scheduling, technician utilization, and service operations performance.

Position Summary

The Sr. Service Coordinator (HVAC Dispatch) is a key operations role responsible for coordinating service technicians, managing incoming service requests, organizing job documentation, and ensuring efficient daily workflow within the department. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced service environment.

What You’ll Bring

Required

Preferred

• Experience with Foundation or similar service management/ERP platforms
• Familiarity with HVAC terminology or commercial service workflows
