Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and provide updates.
• Maintain detailed records of service requests, assignments, and completed work in ERP.
• Address emergencies and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Input and update job status and customer information in ERP systems.
