Call The Bee is looking for a highly organized Dispatcher to ensure technicians are scheduled efficiently and customers receive timely, high-quality service across Connecticut. You will be the central link between our office and field teams, coordinating scheduling, communicating with customers, and maintaining detailed records to support operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in dispatching, scheduling, or a related administrative role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with dispatching software; ServiceTitan experience is a big plus.
• Detail-oriented and adept at managing logistics and timelines.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for residential service calls and installations.
• Prioritize jobs based on urgency, technician availability, and geographic location.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment confirmations, updates, and expectations.
• Coordinate emergency responses and resource allocation.
• Track technician progress and adjust scheduling in real-time as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of service calls and field activities.
