Job summary

Ambient Enterprises is seeking an HVAC Dispatcher to coordinate and schedule service calls, installations, and maintenance for our Cromwell, CT team. You will communicate with customers to understand issues, provide updates, and maintain detailed records in dispatching software.

Qualifications

Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related role, ideally within the HVAC or a similar industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers, technicians, and other team members.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule HVAC technicians for service calls, installations, and maintenance.
Communicate with customers to understand issues and schedule appointments.
Maintain records in dispatching software and update job status.
Collaborate with inventory, procurement, sales, and service teams.
Address emergencies and reassign tasks as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and timely updates.
