Job summary

Ambient is seeking a dedicated Dispatch role in Cromwell, CT to coordinate HVAC service calls, installations, and maintenance tasks. You will communicate with customers, maintain detailed records, and support technicians across the region from our Cromwell office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule HVAC service calls, installations, and maintenance tasks.
• Communicate with customers to understand issues, schedule appointments, and provide updates.
• Maintain constant communication with technicians in the field via phone or dispatch software.
• Keep detailed records of service calls and technician assignments.
• Update dispatch software with accurate and timely information.
• Work with inventory/ procurement to ensure technicians have parts and equipment.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to align on priorities.
• Handle emergency service requests and schedule adjustments as needed.
