Job summary

Hickory, an HVAC company serving Long Island, NY, is hiring an HVAC Dispatcher to own daily scheduling and routing for field crews. You will serve as the connection between technicians, customers, and leadership, ensuring timely updates and accurate records.

The role is full-time and onsite with a Mon-Fri 7 AM–4 PM schedule. You should be tech-savvy and organized under pressure, with 1+ year of dispatching or customer service experience; HVAC knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years dispatching/scheduling/customer service experience.
• HVAC experience is a plus; tech-savvy and organized under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license, U.S. work authorization, background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and adjust technician routes in real time using ServiceTitan or similar.
• Handle inbound calls for scheduling, pricing and service updates.
• Promote and renew service memberships (commission eligible).
• Maintain accurate records and invoicing.
