Job summary

The Retail Coordinator at CCA reports to the CCA Retail Department Manager and collaborates with other CCA staff to lead the company toward its long-term vision as a premier HVAC services provider. Responsibilities include dispatching field technicians and support personnel, serving as a brand ambassador, and handling permit-related tasks.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a 4–6 week training schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma.
• 2-5 years of professional office experience or related HVAC environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with office equipment (printers, fax).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Process permit applications for installation jobs in a timely manner.
• Process permit payments with designated inspection departments.
• Coordinate permit pickups with shop managers at remote locations.
• Provide excellent customer service with inspection department personnel.
• Complete daily data entry for OJT Tracker columns (location, installation date, permit fees).
• Maintain organized workspace and support daily team communications.
