Job summary

Carolina Comfort Air, Inc. in Clayton, NC is seeking a Retail Coordinator to support the Retail Department with permitting and administrative duties. The role dispatches field technicians and support personnel as needed and represents our brand with professionalism.

Training is provided and the position reports to the Retail Department Manager. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with a 4-6 week training schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma.
• 2-5 years of professional office experience, HVAC related preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process permit applications for installation jobs in a timely manner.
• Process permit payments with designated inspection departments.
• Complete permit verification questions with consultants/customers for delays/denials.
• Schedule permit pickup with shop managers at remote locations.
• Provide excellent customer service with inspection department personnel.
• Forward all credit card receipts to Accounts Payable.
• Keep workspace neat and tidy.
• Daily data entry for On-the-JobTracker columns.
• Coordinate daily team communications and callbacks/follow-ups.
