Job summary

Johnson Controls, a global leader in building systems and energy efficiency, seeks an onsite HVAC TB Customer Resource Coordinator to schedule and dispatch the field labor force. You will prioritize requests, allocate resources, and coordinate with technicians and District Managers to ensure timely service delivery.

Responsibilities include documenting changes, handling emergencies, and reporting on dispatch activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and schedule field technicians to service calls based on urgency, customer requirements, and resource availability.
• Modify and reschedule appointments as needed to accommodate emergencies or changing priorities.
• Document all scheduling changes and rescheduling reasons in the system for tracking and reporting.
• Track and manage return trips for incomplete service calls.
• Monitor parts availability and coordinate delivery of parts for scheduled jobs.
• Respond promptly to emergency service requests, adjusting schedules and resources as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with technicians and District Managers; attend district meetings for updates.
• Document all dispatch activities accurately and work on special projects as assigned.
