Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the dispatch board to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Dispatch technicians based on skillset, availability, urgency, and location.
• Coordinate and schedule sold work (installations, repairs, and projects).
• Resolve customer concerns quickly, professionally, and with care.
• Accurately document and update all job information in ServiceTitan.
• Support field teams to ensure smooth workflow and job completion.
