Responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound service calls, assigning jobs based on technician location, skill set, and availability.
• Monitor technician progress throughout the day and make real-time adjustments for emergencies, delays, or cancellations.
• Communicate job details and updates clearly to field staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Maintain and update job records, service notes, photos, and work orders in dispatching software.
• Coordinate with the service manager and customer service team to prioritize high-urgency calls.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes with professionalism.
