Uplifting Air in Florida seeks an experienced HVAC Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher. You will answer inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and dispatch technicians with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities include communicating with customers, technicians, and management to ensure smooth service delivery, managing daily schedules, and inputting data in FieldEdge and QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or dispatching within the HVAC or home services industry.
• Strong working knowledge of FieldEdge and QuickBooks (preferred).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
• A team player with a positive attitude and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently
• Communicate with customers, technicians, and management to ensure timely service delivery
• Manage daily schedules and job assignments using dispatch software
• Input and track job information, payments, and work orders in FieldEdge and QuickBooks
• Provide outstanding customer service with a professional and friendly attitude
• Assist with administrative duties, invoicing, and follow-up communication as needed
