Qualifications

• 2+ years in a dispatching, service coordination, or administrative role (HVAC or trades preferred).
• Knowledge of HVAC terminology, equipment, and service operations a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch HVAC technicians to service calls and prioritize by urgency and location.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers on scheduling and updates.
• Prepare and issue invoices; assist with job costing and billing.
• Track outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
