Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a full-time HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative in Georgia. The role requires multitasking, accurate data input, and strong phone interaction skills to support technicians and customers.

Responsibilities include routing calls, entering service calls, and maintaining customer records. Experience with Service Titan and Microsoft Office is preferred. Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00 am–4:00 pm, some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is required.
• HVAC terminology knowledge a plus.

GREAT LOCAL HVAC Company looking for a career-oriented individual searching full-time HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative with the following qualifications: Able to multitask, accurate data input, and great phone interaction skills.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Routes technicians to calls
• Support technicians
• Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in-person to provide support and information on the BEST products or services.
• Acquires information and enters service calls for new and existing customers.
• Answers customer questions and complaints, and if the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge, forwards it to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to solve customers' issues and concerns.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, requests, and/or comments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Able to place phone calls to schedule, solicit, and/or renew Customer Service Agreements.

• Experience with Service Titan
• Proficient in computer skills and able to learn new software.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods.
