Job summary

Calvey Air is seeking a dependable Dispatcher / Customer Service Coordinator to support daily HVAC service operations. You will be the main contact for customers, handling calls, gathering information, scheduling service appointments, and dispatching technicians with clear, professional communication.

In addition to customer-facing duties, you will maintain organized records, assist with general office tasks, and provide occasional support to the accounting team.

Qualifications

• Customer service or dispatching experience preferred.
• Strong phone and email communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities are required.
• Proficiency with office software and field-service systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails; gather details and schedule service appointments.
• Dispatch technicians based on availability and job requirements; update customers on status.
• Maintain accurate customer and job records in the company system; enter data in ServiceTitan or similar tools.
• Support accounting with basic tasks and document handling as needed.
