• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams; QuickBooks a plus.
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving under pressure, and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and route-optimize to reduce travel time and fuel costs.
• Serve as main contact for service requests and updates to customers.
• Coordinate technicians and relay notes from customers for job success.
• Handle emergency calls and adjust schedules daily.
• Review invoices for accuracy and classification; process payments.
• Answer inbound calls and perform administrative tasks.
• Maintain CRM notes and update customer records in ServiceTitan.
