Job summary

Airtron in Illinois is seeking a dedicated Dispatcher & CSR to join our in-person team. You will manage multi-line phone calls and emails, prioritize service calls, and coordinate maintenance with technicians while maintaining accurate records.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in scheduling or dispatching in construction or HVAC, strong customer relations, and fluency in English (Spanish a plus). Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and a multi-line phone system is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in scheduling or service dispatching in construction, HVAC preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and multi-line phone system.
• Strong history in customer relations.
• Fluent in English; Spanish fluency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phones and emails, prioritizing service calls and tracking dispatched calls.
• Detailed data entry for customer information, addresses, phones, memos, invoices and attachments.
• Outreach to customers to schedule maintenance, repairs or additional services with technicians.
• Present a professional image and maintain a positive attitude in all communications.
