You will schedule service, dispatch technicians, and manage work orders to keep jobs moving smoothly from start to finish. The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, balancing professionalism with personal connection.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple service calls and schedules.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities for scheduling and dispatch decisions.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with customers, technicians and internal teams.
• Ability to learn and use service management systems, including Sage Field Operations and Timberline/Sage processes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate service scheduling and dispatch by prioritizing calls and jobs and assigning technicians based on urgency, location, and skillset.
• Serve as the primary communication link between customers, technicians, and internal teams with timely updates.
• Manage work orders, project information, customer files, service contracts, and closeout documentation for invoicing.
• Monitor activity and progress, adjust schedules, track time and inspection hours as needed.
• Coordinate access, crane requirements, and post-service follow ups to ensure a positive customer experience.
