Be the heart of Nextech's field operations as a Dispatcher. You will coordinate schedules, manage service requests, and ensure technicians and customers are aligned and supported throughout each job.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and service requests for field teams
• Maintain real-time dispatch boards and update technician calendars
• Communicate updates to technicians, customers, and management
• Track service history and customer communications in the database
• Verify check-ins/outs and IVR compliance
• Ensure technicians have parts and POs for jobs
• Support internal teams and customers with professionalism and urgency
• Collaborate with Regional Service Managers to schedule new calls
• Handle data entry, purchasing, and regional support
