Qualifications

• Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or call center environments.
• Experience coordinating field service teams (HVAC or home services preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems.
• Familiarity with local geography to support routing and scheduling.
• Must report daily to the office; no remote work.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekend rotations.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently to meet customer appointment times.
• Manage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning calls.
• Coordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor the dispatch system and service platform for call flow.
• Communicate updates to technicians and customers.
• Support field teams by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and technician productivity.
