CMC Corporate Solutions is seeking a reliable Dispatcher to assign and dispatch technicians to service locations in the New Orleans area. You will report to the Service Manager and support administrative functions, ensuring timely responses and accurate prioritization of calls.

Responsibilities include answering phone and emails, generating service calls, maintaining the dispatch board, coordinating with teams, and assisting with parts ordering.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of proven service dispatch experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and components is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone and emails and transfer as necessary.
• Generate service calls.
• Dispatch technicians and maintain dispatch board.
• Assist with parts ordering and inventory coordination.
• Maintain the on-call schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
