Job summary

Baker Distributing is seeking a Driver Warehouse Associate to safely deliver HVAC products and support the warehouse between trips. You will represent the company with professionalism, perform daily loading/unloading, and ensure accurate order fulfillment for customers and Sales Centers.

The role requires 1 year of truck driving, a DOT medical certificate, and a valid license (CDL preferred). Strong customer service and teamwork are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• DOT medical certificate required prior to employment.
• CDL license is highly desirable.
• Ability to meet DOT physical qualification standards with reasonable accommodations.
• Experience with box truck deliveries.
• Experience driving a truck and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and transport HVAC goods to customers and Sales Centers.
• Assist warehouse with inventory counts, picking and verifying orders.
• Maintain and operate the warehouse between deliveries.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
