Job summary

Baker Distributing is seeking a reliable HVAC Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to safely deliver HVAC products and support warehouse operations. You will load, transport, and unload items, while providing excellent customer service to our clients.

The role emphasizes daily deliveries, inventory support, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Candidates should have a valid DOT medical certificate and at least 1 year of truck driving experience, with CDL a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 1 year of truck driving experience.
• Box Truck delivery experience preferred.
• DOT medical certificate required before employment.
• Must meet DOT physical standards; accommodations available.
• CDL license is a plus.
• Warehouse experience including forklift/pallet jack is a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and the ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC products daily to customers and other locations.
• Load and unload products from truck; ensure proper invoices and signatures.
• Assist in warehouse inventory counts, picking and order verification.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE; report hazards immediately.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
