Job summary

Baker Distributing Company is seeking a Driver Warehouse Associate to deliver HVAC goods to customers and Sales Centers while maintaining excellent customer service. You will also assist with warehouse duties between deliveries and help keep inventories accurate.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of box truck driving experience, and a DOT medical certificate. A CDL is highly desirable, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 1 year of box truck delivery and driving experience.
• DOT medical certificate required prior to employment.
• CDL license is highly desirable.
• Warehouse experience with forklift/pallet jack is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus.
• Ability to work safely and meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC goods to customers and other sales centers daily.
• Load and unload products from truck; collect invoices with signatures.
• Assist in warehouse inventory counts and order picking.
• Maintain vehicle and report in/out times and merchandise returns.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Operate forklift or pallet jack as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
