Job summary

Baker Distributing is seeking a Driver/Warehouse Associate to safely deliver HVAC goods to customers and Sales Centers, while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse between routes. The role emphasizes professional customer service and reliable on-time performance.

You will load and unload trucks, verify orders, manage invoices, and help with inventory counts. Candidates should have at least a year of truck delivery experience, a valid CDL or at least a valid license, and a commitment to safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 1+ year truck driving or box truck delivery experience.
• DOT medical certificate required; CDL desirable.

Responsibilities

• Daily loading and unloading of products for delivery to customers and Sales Centers.
• Collect invoices with signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
• Assist warehouse with inventory counts, picking and verifying orders.
• Maintain truck and workspace cleanliness and report times.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Operate forklift or appliance lift as needed.
• Support ongoing safety trainings and drills.
