Job summary

Baker Distributing Company is seeking a reliable Driver Warehouse Associate to deliver HVAC products to customers and support warehouse operations. You will represent the company with professionalism, perform daily truck deliveries, assist in warehouse tasks, and uphold safety and customer service standards.

The role requires a valid DOT medical certificate, 1 year truck driving experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety. CDL is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 1 year truck driving experience.
• Box Truck delivery experience.
• DOT medical certificate required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC products safely and efficiently to customers and Sales Centers.
• Maintain and operate the warehouse between deliveries.
• Assist in inventory counts and order picking/verifications.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Maintain clean truck and workspace; report hazards immediately.
